6. Intellectual Property & IP Rights

We operate on a Zero Vendor Lock-In model. Upon final settlement of contracted project milestones:

• You receive full ownership of the commissioned source code, database schemas, frontend templates, and custom model weights.
• Alphasonic Solution retains no recurring license fees, royalties, or proprietary holdback over client deliverables.
• All third-party and open-source libraries incorporated into deliverables are documented with their respective MIT, Apache 2.0, or BSD licenses.

7. Third-Party Services & Sub-Processors

To deliver global web infrastructure, we may utilize trusted sub-processors who adhere to strict confidentiality and security frameworks:

• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (Amazon Web Services), DigitalOcean, or Cloudflare for hosting, CDN routing, and DDoS mitigation.
• Communication: WhatsApp Business API and Google Workspace for direct client communication and technical alerts.
• Payment Processing: Stripe or verified banking gateways for milestone transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

We retain client project data only for the active lifecycle of the engagement and required statutory warranty periods:

• Client Source Repositories: Maintained during active development and 90 days post-launch for warranty resolution, after which clients receive final archives and repositories are transitioned or securely wiped upon request.
